Points

Starting March 1st 2012,

As an Enigma Hair Studio client, you will earn points every time you visit the salon. Points will be earned based on your purchases and $1.00 will equal 1 point. For example, if you had a $45.00 Haircut, you will earn 45 points.

To accumulate points sooner, we have added bonus categories to the points program. Below are the bonus earning categories:

Earn 50 points when pre-booking your appointments at ring-up(in-salon) FIRST TIME on NEW CLIENTS
Earn 10 points when pre-booking your appointments at ring-up(in-salon)
Earn 1 point for dollar you spend on retail purchases and services per visit
Earn 1 point for every dollar of the value of a gift certificate purchased for a friend or family

Earn 100 Extra Points when you refer a friend! (Just have your friend enter your name [first and last] on our client form on their first visit)

Earn 100 Extra Points when you refer a friend directly on Facebook!
Earn 100 points when you CHECK-IN on our Facebook page (Just let us know or show us your Check In while you're here)
Earn 50 points when you LIKE us on Facebook

Cancellation Policy

Due to the individualized nature of services we offer, our service providers prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge for appointments not cancelled within this period. If you find that you are running more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we ask that you call and reschedule so that we may be on time for other scheduled clients.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of your first service to ensure proper time to check-in and change clothes. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for 25% of the service fees.

Please note that we do require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations, and 48 hours for packages. Any appointments cancelled over the time requirements or those who do not show will be charged 25% of the service fee.
