Massages

  1.   Swedish Massage is a vigorous massage treatment designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, and generate relaxation.

  2.   Deep Tissue Massage to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted area.

  3.   Hot stones is a penetrating massage that incorporates the use of smooth, warmed stones. These stones to penetrate energy deep into the muscles.

  4.   Neuromuscular Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissue to alleviate pain and balance the central nervous system.

  5.    Reiki ( pronounced  Ray-Key) is the manipulation of universal white light energy with an individual’s energy on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level, by using the seven chakras to rebalance the energy that circles you that would be damaged by a trauma.

  6.    Nature’s Healing Stone Therapy are heated stones placed in varying positions on the body for energy balancing or may be used by the therapist for massage and specific trigger point work.

  7.    Muscle Normalization Technique was developed during the 1950’s for rehabilitative and muscle energy technique from the Osteopathic Science coupled with movement therapy and myofascial release methods.

  8.     Event Sports Massage is used to prevent injury with stretches for integrating joint mobilization and flexibility for all sports in and out of season as well the speedy recovery from sports related injuries.

  9.     Manual Lymph Drainage is a gentle, rhythmical technique that cleanses the connective tissues of inflammatory materials and toxins, enhances the activity of the immune system, reduces pain and lowers the activity of the sympathetic nervous system.

  10.   Pre-Natal Massage utilizes gentle Swedish Massage techniques to alleviate maternal stress and fatigue due to pregnancy.

  11.    Reflexology  stimulates reflexes found in the feet and hands which correspond to specific organs and parts of the body.
